Case Construction Equipment has unveiled the world’s largest and most powerful compact track loader – Case TV620B – which is designed for residential construction and land clearing.

The Case TV620B is powered by a 114-horsepower engine that delivers 12,084 pounds of loader breakout force and 12,907 pounds of bucket breakout force.

The compact track loader, which is built on an extra-large frame, has an operating weight of 16,000 pounds, and a rated operating capacity of 6,200 pounds.

According to Case CE product manager George MacIntryre, the loader was designed based on feedback from customers running huge compact track loaders.

“We focused on certain areas making sure that the frame was robust and could stand up to harsh conditions. A piston pump comes standard on this model giving customers the flow and pressure ratings they need to run big attachments,” Mr MacIntryre said.

The company also focused on creating a loader that can dump into high-sided trucks.

The Case TV620B is fitted with electro-hydraulic controls that can set the loader’s responsiveness to low, moderate or aggressive depending on the demands of the job.

“We are giving the operator more precise and intuitive control than they’ve ever had in a Case CTL and making the machine simple to operate for a broad range of applications,” he said.

The enhanced undercarriage on the Case TV620B is inspired by that on the Case 650M dozer. However, it is much heavier-duty than the size class down from it.

“The idler ceiling on the TV620B is similar to the 650M dozer. The dozer components are a little bit larger than what we have on the CTL, but it’s just a downsized version of what we have on the very reliable Case dozers,” Mr MacIntryre said.

Inside the cab, the Case TV620B features 360-degree visibility and an 8-inch split-screen display that concurrently shows both the rear-view camera and equipment information.

A cab-wide rear-view mirror gives visibility to the back of the loader.
