Resin Floor Dealer Flowcrete Opens Nairobi Shop
The Nairobi unit will serve the East African market.
Resin floors specialist Flowcrete has set up shop in Nairobi, Kenya, as it seeks to meet the rising demand for high-quality resin flooring solutions in the East African market.
Flowcrete South Africa, which has been servicing the Kenyan market since 2009 has handed over the local territory to Flowcrete East Africa, who are expected to serve East Africa.
Flowcrete Kenya unit will be housed in a 1,000 sqm warehouse at Unit 13 Norda Industries on Mombasa Road in Nairobi. It will enable Flowcrete to efficiently supply large-scale construction projects with high-quality resin flooring products.
The Nairobi warehouse will stock huge quantities of finished resin products supplied from Flowcrete South Africa’s factories, thus shortening the lead times for regional customers.
The company hopes to establish a production plant in Kenya soon.
The establishment of Flowcrete East Africa’s office positions the company as a leading coatings brand in one of Africa’s fastest-growing construction markets.
It will also help the company expand its market share in the region by allowing it to provide quick flooring solutions tailored to the visual and functional demand for commercial and industrial projects throughout the East African market.

Resin flooring is a durable plastic surface created by mixing a cocktail of ingredients to produce a very tough floor, ideal for buildings with heavy use.
Resin floors are durable due to their higher compressive strength compared to concrete – which means they can endure more impact without cracking.
These floors are ideal for commercial and industrial environments, allowing for extra-heavy traffic such as vehicles, forklifts and other heavy machinery.
