Sage 300 CRE offers a full suite of software modules, including payroll, accounting, job costing, estimating, property management, project management, service management, file management, and subcontractor compliance.

One of the major drawbacks of Sage 300 CRE is being an on-premise solution, which means it must be installed on a central company server and accessed from approved workstations by users.
