New John Deere Wheel Loader Ignites Next-Level Power
The 326 P-Tier compact wheel loader offers over 16 feet of reach.
American equipment maker John Deere has unveiled its new 326 P-Tier telescopic compact wheel loader, which offers additional reach, flexibility, and lift capacity.
John Deere says the new telescoping wheel loader provides owners and operators with unmatched reach and the flexibility needed to work in tight spaces.
“Operators will enjoy it for the cab visibility, the boom controls, and the exclusive Articulation Plus steering system. Put it all together, and the 326 P-Tier is a real multitool,” says Luke Gribble, Deere’s marketing manager.
The new telescopic compact wheel loader offers more than 16 feet of reach from its telescopic lift arm. This is long enough to reach some higher spots on a work site while still being compact enough to work in other tight spaces.
Unique features
One of the intriguing features of the new 326 P-Tier is its convenient control system for extending and retracting the telescoping arm.
Operators can manage this function using the mini joystick located on the main control lever, eliminating the need to remove their hands from the main controls.
The design streamlines operations, enhancing efficiency and ease of use on the job site.

Equipped with a Load Torque Indicator system, the loader provides visual and audio alerts for lift arm stability and movement, especially during overloading.
When the stability limit is reached, the lift arm’s movement is restricted until some of the weight is released. Additionally, a separate indicator warns operators of potential overload on the tilt cylinder.
“Features like this help make the 326 P-Tier one of the most confidence-inspiring and operator-friendly wheel loaders available,” Gribble says, adding that the loader helps less-experienced operators become better and faster.
Operator’s comfort
Cabins in the 326 P-Tier are designed for comfort and navigation ease, and equipped with features for seamless lifting and loading operations.
Key highlights include a 9-inch touchscreen display, ensuring crucial information remains readily visible.

This customizable interface offers key data, including alerts, status updates, and machine positioning, while the intuitive menu allows operators to tailor functionality to the task.
Electro-hydraulic controls, customizable from the display, include functions like Auto Return-to-Dig, Auto Lift Dig, and lowering operations, reducing cycle times.
The 326 P-Tier telescopic compact wheel loader can reach speeds of up to 23 miles per hour for swift job transitions.
John Deere provides the Articulation PlusTM steering system for tighter turns, offering 30 degrees of articulation plus 10 degrees of rear-wheel steering.
“With the power and versatility to tackle such a wide range of jobs, the 326 P-Tier is a go-to piece of equipment for operations of all types,” Gribble concludes.
As construction sites continue to evolve into dynamic environments, the demand for compact wheel loaders is rapidly increasing across the world.
This surge in popularity is motivating companies like Deere to enhance their offerings and innovate within this growing segment of the equipment industry.
